After the death of Rev. Jones, Rev. Alexander Hall supplied the pulpit of our church for a few months; but when a vote was taken to call Rev. Hall, it was clear that enough people were not in favor of the move.  Rev. Hall then was called to the church in Plainville, where he served for some time, and was greatly respected.
