The 15th pastor was the Rev. Fosdick Beach Harrison. He was born in Bethlehem, Connecticut, August 5, 1863. He was graduated from Amherst College in 1890 and from Yale Divinity School in 1893.
The second minister to occupy the new parsonage, Mr. Harrison was similar to our venerated pastor of long ago, Mr. Robinson. Both were in the ministry, and both were farmers at heart.
During his stay here he was found to be a kind, sincere, unassuming and democratic man. Mr. and Mrs. Harrison were always alert to the affairs of the country, and led their children and the church young people to be interested and informal. Afternoon tea at their home was always a time for interesting discussions.
The Harrisons were an ideal family ~ individual, cultured, well balanced, serving unselfishly and thoroughly genuine. One could not know either withour knowing the other, because both were so thoroughly united in their Christian faith and purpose.

While Mr. Harrison was here, he started the Boy Scout movement in the church and town.
In addition to his garden, Mr. Harrison kept a cow and a hive of bees. Mrs. Harrison had a group of girls who were Cheerful Workers, and each was a "B". Some of the girls’ names were: B Cheerful, B Loyal, B A Peacemaker, and B On Time. They wore armbands with bees embroidered on them in gold, and that is why they remember Mrs. Harrison’s bees so well.
In summer the Harrisons had a camp near West Street.
Leaving our church, Mr. Harrison went to a farm in Woodstock, where he preached at the Hill Church. He held other pastorates and then retired in 1935, and built a home in Canton, Massachusetts, where he lived until his death on February 29, 1940.
