Mission Statement : The Peace Café is a performance venue sponsored by the First Congregational Church of Southington, designed to provide a welcoming space for people of all ages to enjoy fellowship, refreshments, good music, and other forms of artistic expression; all of which shall be in keeping with the church’s commitment to extend God’s radically inclusive love to all people.
The Peace Café continues to be a multi-purpose space at the First Congregational Church of Southington. It’s location in Fellowship Hall continues to be the home for various community groups, including Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, the FCC Parents and Tots group and workshops.
The state-of-the-art theater with surround sound and a large screen projection system makes it the perfect spot for family night movies & popcorn, our Confirmation Class, youth groups, discussion groups and more. It is also the perfect spot for Dramatic and musical presentations, as well as exhibits, Fair Trade stores and other events.
As we move through the 2009/2010 Season, we want to acknowledge and thank all who have contributed of their time and talents to keep this venue vibrant and exciting.
